Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation - is it available on premise in 2.1 update?

Hi,

Have not found any definitive information online about Project Service Automation for Dynamics 365 on-premise.  Does anyone know if it is available?  If not, are there plans to release it at some point soon?

    As per www.microsoft.com/.../dynamics-365-online-vs-on-premises-features-faq.aspx - Project Services is not available On Prem and I have seen no indication that it is planned at this stage. See http://roadmap.dynamics.com
