Sellers can easily engage with customers using Microsoft Teams right from within D365 Sales. At the end of a conversation, a rich call summary is generated for sellers to re-visit, on demand. They can derive real-time business insights by viewing the call side-by-side with customer and deal business data. And, it’s all tied back to the relevant Dynamics 365 Sales record, with zero-effort on the part of the seller.
