I have created SSIS Package to generate logs. This package should trigger on post-creation of entity in Dyanmics CRM for both online and onpremise. Plugin wont be the solution due to Isolation Mode registration. Any other help would be appreciated.

You could schedule your SSIS package to run every 15 mins. And you can get all records created in that period and do your action.
