    Hi m
    Adding on what Kevin posted.
That table works for Consignment inventory feature (inventory owner).

Are you working on with consignment items? check if the item you are including in the sales order is for consignment and if so, it must have a vendor associated.

i leave you the consignment MS Learn link for you to check out.

    Hi,
Based on the problem you described, I have some suggestions for your reference:
    • Check for duplicate records: First, ensure that you have checked the InventOwner_RU table before creating the sales order to verify that there are no duplicate records. You can use data queries or relevant data management tools to validate if any duplicate records exist.
    • Fix the duplicate records: If you have identified duplicate records, you can resolve the issue by deleting or modifying one of the duplicates. Be cautious while performing this operation and make sure to select the correct record for the fix.
    • Data integrity check: Ensure that all required data and related fields are correctly filled in and set when creating the sales order. Missing or incorrect data can lead to duplicate records or other data issues.
    Best regards,
    Kevin
